    On behalf of The Portage County Safety Council, SHRM Portage County invites you to join PCSC's May Meeting titled:

    "Annual Safety Awards & Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony"

    ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our PCHRA 2025 Health and Safety Learning Series. We are partnering with the Portage County Safety Council to provide business owners, HR and Health & Safety professionals an understanding of the 2025 topcis related to workplace safety.

    This month the focus is on burn precention in the workplace. 

    For this event, participants can learn and earn 1 SHRM PDC.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Keynote presentation by Matt French: Matt French, President at Park Ohio Industrial Engineering Group, will be providing a 30m keynote. Many of you know Matt from his time at AMETEK where he was instrumental in moving their offices to downtown Kent as a part of a revitalization project that he helped champion.  

    ABOUT THE Event: 2025 Annual Safety Awards & CEO Day!!!

    • Hall of Honor inauguration: The all-new Hall of Honor recognizes those who have served for 10 or more years on the Steering Committee and/or who have made a significant contribution to the Portage County Safety Council.
