    "Disability-Inclusive Workplaces: Inclusive Leadership "

    ABOUT THE EVENT:  This is part of our SHRM Portqage County 2025 Diversity and Inclusion Learning Series. We are partnering with the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities to provide business owners and HR professionals an understanding of the ways we can make our businesses more inclusive.  

    For this event, participants can learn and earn 1 SHRM PDC and/or 1 HRCI  Credit.

    ABOUT THE PRESENTATION: This webinar will provide organizational leadership best practices for creating a workplace inclusive of individuals with disabilities.

    ABOUT THE SPEAKERS: 

    Allison Jones

    Allison is the Career Development Specialist for Southeast Ohio with the Division of Employer and Innovation Services at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). In this role, Allison supports Ohio’s businesses in their efforts to hire college students with disabilities for internship opportunities. Allison joined OOD in April 2023 and earned a master’s degree in counseling education and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

    Davis Raff

    Davis is a Career and Credential Consultant with the Division of Employer and Innovation Services at Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). In this role, Davis supports the region to improve outcomes for individuals with disabilities by facilitating connections with training programs leading to credentials needed for in-demand jobs. Davis joined OOD in October 2019 and attended Ohio University.
