Reatining a Qualified Workforce Part II - Acquiring a Disability
Description: Part I of Retaining a Qualified Workforce focused on employees who acquire disabilities as they age. Part II of the webinar turns the attention to the employee who acquires a disability through an injury or the onset of a medical condition. This webinar will help employers determine whether an injury or medical condition is a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act and considers strategies for fostering a workplace culture that is inclusive of retaining a qualified workforce. It will also provide examples of reasonable accommodations at work related to injury-related disabilities and the onset of medical conditions.
